Acts as an interface before the GBA and the Judiciary. Its members are some of the most senior members of the Bar. They address issues of disagreement between the Judiciary and the Bar
Social
Ensures the welfare and interest of members of the Association. The committee deals with any matter concerning the welfare of any member of the Association whether within or outside the country with a view to protecting and preserving their rights, privileges and welfare.
Human Rights
Dedicated to promoting justice and respect for Human Rights through the Rule of Law. The fundamental objects of the HRC are to further, promote and protect the rule of law and human rights in The Gambia
Finance
Raise funds for the Association particularly for the Building project for the Secretariat which it hopes to commence shortly.
Disciplinary
Deals with matters of professional conduct, etiquette, and discipline relating to members of the Association.
