On the 13 December 2024, the Gambia Bar Association (GBA) hosted a Meet and Greet at the Secretariat, bringing together newly called lawyers and senior members of the Bar. The event served as a platform for young lawyers to network, gain insights from experienced legal practitioners, and reaffirm their commitment to the principles of justice and professional ethics.
Senior lawyers in attendance included Ms. Hawa Sisay-Sabally, Mr. Borry Touray, Ms. Combeh Gaye, and Ms. Sagar Twum, who shared their expertise and experiences with the young legal professionals. The interactive session fostered mentorship and dialogue, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and upholding the values of the legal profession.
The GBA remains committed to supporting young lawyers in their professional journey and strengthening the legal fraternity in The Gambia.
