Ms. Njie is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Gambia of several years’ experience with specialization in Civil and Commercial Litigation Practice. She became a Senior Associate at Amie Bensouda & Co LP in 2017,a leading law firm in the Gambia . She now heads the Litigation Unit of Amie Bensouda & Co LP.

Ms. Njie is also a Human Rights activist and served as the Treasurer and Head of the Legal Aid Committee of the Female Lawyers Association Gambia (FLAG) from 2013-2020. She was admitted to both the Bars of Sierra Leone and The Gambia in 2009. In 2019, she obtained an LLM in Employment Law from Middlesex University, England.
Ms. Njie is also a Human Rights activist and served as the Treasurer and Head of the Legal Aid Committee of the Female Lawyers Association Gambia (FLAG) from 2013-2020.
